What data do I collect?
When you fill in the quote request form, I collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, and the details of your request (such as pickup and delivery location, vehicle details, or desired service). I use this data solely to contact you and prepare your quote.
How do I use your data?
Your data is only used to handle your request and any related follow-up communication. I do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. To deliver your request to us by e-mail and to send you a confirmation of receipt, we use an e-mail service acting solely as a processor on my instructions. Your request is not stored in a database, it arrives in my mailbox.
Retention period
I do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data I hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Please get in touch using the contact details above. If you are unhappy with how I handle your data, you can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Address lookup and distance calculation
When you type an address into the price indication, those letters are sent to a map service to find suggestions and coordinates. That service is Google Places, and where it has no answer, Photon or Nominatim, both on OpenStreetMap. Google is a company in the United States, so those letters may leave the European Union; no cookies are set in the process. For a designated-driver ride the coordinates then go to openrouteservice to work out the distance by road. Only the location travels, no name, no e-mail address, no telephone number, and nothing that ties that location to you. Nor do I record the addresses anywhere: once you close the page they are gone. Attribution for these map services is on the image credits page.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Website statistics
To understand which pages help visitors, I measure anonymised visit statistics: which page was viewed, from which country and device type, and whether a quote or WhatsApp button was clicked. This is done without cookies and without individual profiles, it cannot identify you or follow you across other websites. No IP addresses are stored.
