There is a 360° condition report before departure and on arrival, your luggage can come along, and you hear from me every day. At the end, all you do is take back the key.
You don't need to drive 2,000+ kilometres yourself to get your car to its destination. I drive it over between the Netherlands and Southern Europe, with the same care you'd give it yourself.

Compare your options
The same car from the Netherlands to Southern Europe, three ways, three price tags. With a trailer, watch which one you are comparing: riding along on a scheduled line from depot to depot is the cheapest there is, but a transporter making the run for your car alone charges per kilometre and bills the truck’s journey home as well. Between those two extremes sits a factor of five.

Trailer prices, September 2026: the line prices from one large Dutch car transporter's own route pages, the door-to-door price from a Dutch specialist in exclusive car transport's own rate calculator. My figure is the indication from the calculator above for Utrecht–Marbella, one way. All amounts exclude VAT so they can be read side by side. Travel expenses are calculated up front and included in the fixed price, with no mark-up.
The other direction
Bought a car abroad? Then I collect it.
It works exactly the same way in reverse. A car sitting in Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf or Berlin — bought from a dealer, left behind after a posting, inherited from family — I collect in person. I travel out, check the car over together with the seller, record its condition in photographs, and drive it to your own driveway. The same fixed price up front, the same daily messages on the way, the same driver. You need not take a day off or book a return ticket.

Good to know about car transport
Yes. One dedicated driver collects your car and takes it straight to its destination, with no depot and no reloading. You receive daily updates along the way, and I hand over the key in person on arrival.
Your own car insurance (third-party, partial or fully comprehensive) remains primary in principle, also when someone else drives, provided they hold a valid licence and your policy permits the car to be driven by someone engaged to do so for payment. That is not a given: some private policies exclude professional use. I check it beforehand; it is one of my three intake questions. I advise briefly notifying your insurer beforehand, and every trip is captured in a signed transport agreement.
A fixed driver fee (€650–800) plus travel expenses (fuel, tolls, a flight back and possibly a night’s stay), calculated up front and included in the fixed price, with no markup. A one-way trip to Southern Europe is indicatively around €1,150–2,250; a return (combi) is cheaper per kilometre. Every route page gives an instant estimate.
Depending on distance, roughly 1 to 2 days of driving (± 1,500 km per driving day). A trip to southern Spain or Portugal usually takes two days.
